Stay Near the Stream

Ezekiel’s vision of a river flowing from the temple is a vision of abundance—a river so full of life that it transforms barren landscapes into gardens and salt water into fresh water. The trees on its banks bear fruit every month, and their leaves bring healing. This is not just a hopeful picture of the future—it’s an invitation to be rooted in God’s Spirit now.

When we live out of God’s generosity, our lives begin to mirror that river. What we give—our time, our prayers, our resources—becomes nourishment and healing for others. Even small acts of generosity become part of a current that transforms lives.

God’s Spirit never runs dry. And where that Spirit flows, fruit grows. The only question is: how might we be part of it?
