Ways to Serve this Summer

Hi Friends,

Happy Summer!

As we embrace the joys of summer, we hope this season brings you moments of relaxation and connection with family and friends. Summer is often a slower-paced time for us at the church, allowing us to recharge and reflect on our community’s journey together. While our regular outreach events may scale down, we invite you to read below about the ministries that will continue to thrive throughout the summer.

In my role, one of my key tasks this summer will be planning for the year 2026/27. This process involves not only reflecting on how we have served our community over the past season but also exploring new opportunities that align with the unique talents and gifts we possess at St. Andrew’s. I encourage you to think about your own gifts and how they might contribute to our mission as we look forward.

If you have ideas for new initiatives or ways we can better serve our community, please feel free to reach out. Your insights are invaluable as we embark on this journey together.

Also, it’s our last weekend to help stock Gateway of Grace with diapers and wipes. The moms of Gateway of Grace appreciate help keeping their babies healthy while they work hard to make a new life for their family.

Wishing you all a joyful, refreshing, and meaningful summer!

Lisa Ostrowski,
Outreach Minister
