Come and See

Jesus invites us to come and see, and empowers us – like Andrew – to extend that invitation to others with humility, trust, and joy.

Reflection Questions

  1.  “What are you looking for?” – When you hear Jesus ask this question, what honestly comes to mind in your own life right now? What hopes, needs, or longings are shaping your faith?

  2. Where have you experienced a simple “come and see” moment with God? – Can you recall a time when faith grew not through certainty or answers, but through presence, curiosity, or spending time with Jesus?

  3. Who are the “Simons” already in your life? – Who are the people you already know, love, or walk alongside whom God may be inviting you to gently bring closer to Jesus?

  4. What fears or assumptions hold you back from inviting others into faith or community?  – How does Andrew’s quiet, relational approach challenge the idea that you need expertise, certainty, or the right words?

  5. What might it look like for you to live into the calling of Andrew this week? – What is one small, faithful step, an invitation, a conversation, or an act of noticing, through which you could help open the door for someone else to “come and see”?
