Your Soul is not a Machine

It’s tempting to think we need to keep up with everything—every advance, every trend, every expectation—just to stay valuable. But the gospel reminds us that our worth doesn’t come from what we can produce or how quickly we adapt. We are not machines. We are people formed in the image of God, made to love, to worship, and to be in relationship with our Creator. In Christ, we’re not optimized—we’re redeemed. And we’re invited to live not as upgrades of ourselves, but as beloved children of God, growing into the fullness of who we were always meant to be.
